Location

Lorna Potter is located in the old Public Trust Building at 67 Chapel Street on SH2. 

Parking:
There is plenty of parking surrounding Lorna Potter. There are two free parking zones with a couple of minutes of Lorna Potter, across the road at the Town Hall & there are a few free parks avaliable in the ACC carpark. Otherwise, there are paid parks on Perry Street and the surrounding areas.

Public Transport: 
There are two bus stops close by. The Masterton District Council stop (1852) is across the road & has buses going throughout the Masterton Area. For our out of town clients, there is a stop on Church Street (1855) a few minutes walk away that goes to Martinborough & Featherston. Timetable & information can be found here.

History

When you visit, take a look at our vault rooms. These rooms are now used as the rooms for many of our beauty treatments.

However, during World War II when the building was the Public Trust Office the Treaty of Waitangi was sent up to Masterton to keep it safe - although no one let the Masterton Office know and the trunk sat in the hallway for some time!
